I know many of you are planning on Capitals merch for your Christmas presents and we thank you for that! We just wanted to outline a few details related to Christmas Capitals merch so we can make sure the holidays are as special as they can be. Christmas Orders

If you place an online order prior to the Christmas Cutoff of midnight on Saturday night 18 December, we will ship your order out on Monday using Express Post, meaning it should arrive safely prior to Christmas (with some exceptions). If you place an order by the Christmas Cutoff and we don't have it in stock, we will contact you on Sunday to make alternative arrangements. Thank you to everyone who is making Caps merch part of your family holiday celebrations!

Gameday Merch

We will be setup to sell merch at the games near the entrance up the stairs and near the entrance to your seats. We will have a selection of items available at the games. Some of the items available online will not be available at the games so you if you have a specific item in mind for Christmas, please let us know and we can help you make arrangements.

Personalised Jerseys

Personalised jereys ordered before the 1 December cutoff will arrive sometime next week (starting Monday 20 December). It is our hope they arrive before the game on Wednesday 22 December for pickup. But if there are delays and they arrive on Thursday the 23rd or Friday the 24th, we will be available to arrange pickups for anyone who needs the jerseys prior to Christmas. All purchasers will receive a direct email about this.
